Tin Can Tourists, America’s oldest trailer and motor coach club, will host an open house at Camp Dearborn on May 20, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Approximately 160 vintage trailer and coaches, dating from the 1930s through the 1980s, will be open to visitors during this annual event. Ranging in size from eight to 30 feet, these tiny restored homes on wheels offer life on the road where space is limited, but style and substance are not. Daily admission to Camp Dearborn is $7. Dearborn senior citizens, aged 60 and over, are admitted free with proof of residency. For further information, call (313) 943-2076 or (248) 684-6000.
